The Service

Listing Simulator is a desktop tool for working with Amazon-related catalog Excel files on your own computer. The website provides information, downloads, and optional comments. We are not Amazon and do not operate Seller Central.

License to the software

The application is offered under a personal-use license. You may install and use it for your own catalog work. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the application, its installer, or its source code without prior written permission.

No warranty

THE WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that use of the software will produce any particular Amazon listing outcome, approval, ranking, or sales result. You are solely responsible for reviewing exports and complying with Amazon’s policies and applicable law.

Your responsibilities

• Keep backups of your catalogs and workbooks.
• Verify any file before uploading it to Amazon or another platform.
• Use optional AI features only with keys and providers you are authorized to use.
• Do not misuse the site (for example spam, abuse of comments, attempts to disrupt hosting, or malware claims meant to harm others).

Comments

If you load and post comments, you are responsible for what you post. We may moderate or remove comments. Comments are handled by Cusdis when that feature is loaded; see also our Privacy Policy.

Downloads and security warnings

Installers may not be code-signed. Operating systems may show SmartScreen or Gatekeeper warnings. Follow the download page guidance and only install software you trust from this official site.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date above will be revised when we publish changes.
