Summary

- You can download the app without creating an account.
- Catalog Excel files you open in the desktop app stay on your computer; we do not host your catalogs on our servers.
- Optional website comments load a third-party service (Cusdis) only after you choose to load them.
Website
This is a static marketing and download site. We do not require registration to browse or download. Our hosting provider (for example Netlify) may process standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps in server logs as part of delivering the site. We do not run Google Analytics, ad pixels, or similar trackers on this site.
Cookies
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. If you click Load comments, the Cusdis comment widget may set cookies or similar storage as described in Cusdis’s own privacy documentation (cusdis.com). Until you load comments, that third-party script is not injected.
If you email feedback@listingsimulator.net, we receive whatever you send (your address, message content, and any attachments) so we can respond. We do not sell that information. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
Desktop application
Listing Simulator runs locally on your Windows or Mac computer. Workbooks you open, clones you edit, and related files remain on your device unless you choose to upload exports to Amazon or another service yourself.
Optional AI features may use API keys you enter in the app. Those keys are stored in your local user profile on your machine for the app’s use; they are not collected by this website.
Comments (Cusdis)
Comments on the home page are powered by Cusdis when you opt in by clicking Load comments. Comment text, display name, and related data are processed by Cusdis under their terms and privacy practices. New comments may be held for approval. If you prefer not to use Cusdis, do not load comments and contact us by email instead.
Children
This site and software are intended for adult business users (for example Amazon listing specialists), not for children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
